My dear Miss Wilson,
I regret that I was unable to see you during
my last visit to New York, I telephoned to the address given in
your last communication but found that you had returned to your home.
It seems much wiser to discues your particular
dase Verbally rather than by meana of written comminations. I am
wondering If you will be returning to New York, and if so, possibly
you might arrange to come by the my of Washingtone
