My dear Miss Nulville:
In writing,you the other day through an oversight
we neglected to state that on your`trip to Washington and return you
should take, advantage of War tax exemption as your expenses will be
paid by the American Red Cross, a overnmental agoncy of the United
States. We are qnelosing à few exemption certificates which you must
fill in and present when you purchase your ticket. We are also on-
closing one certificate made out for a sample.
