Please note the\nenclosed instructions concerning funds for traveling expenses very\ncarefully. It is necessary to keep all receipts, stubs, etc., while\ntraveling as well as a detailed record of daily expenses. These\nare to be submitted to the Office of Civilian Defense in Hawaii in\norder to obtain the travel reimbursement from that office.\nEnclosed please find the following -\n1. Advance check for $300100\n2. Instructions - Re: Funds for travel.\n3. Reimbursement agreements (two)\n4.
