Hospital, Columbus, Ohio, is being considered for an appointment for
service with the American Red Cross Unit in Hawaii, As Miss Mumma
indicates that she was employed at the Toledo District Nurse Assn.
in the capacity of staff nurse from 1942 to present, we would
appreciate it very much if you would giva us a report of her work.

for your reply.
