August 5, 1921.
Miss Robinson, Nursing Service,
Central Division.
Elizabeth V. Duggan.
Miss Noyes, Director, Nursing Service.
Your letter of August 3 has been received and I appreciate
your having communicated with the Superintendent of Nurses
at the Ravenswood Hospital regarding Miss Elizabeth V. Duggan.
We have now had a letter from Miss Duggen in which she states
that she could hardly qualify as a highly trained public health
nurse but that she entered that field the first of April under the
Public Health Department in Santa Fe, N. Mex.
