My dear Miss Noyes:
As soon as we received your letter dated July 28th, in which you made a
request for more nurses for foreign service, we called up the Superintendent
of Nurses of the Ravenswood Hospital, Chicago, Ill, whom we had written to
concerning
Elizabeth V. Duggan.
She states that she knows of no public health experience that Miss Duggan
has had. She also says as far as she knows Miss Duggan has had only
institutional work, and is now in charge of a hospital in New Mexico.
