My dear Miss Noyes: As soon as we received your letter dated July 28th, in which you made a request for more nurses for foreign service, we called up the Superintendent of Nurses of the Ravenswood Hospital, Chicago, Ill, whom we had written to concerning Elizabeth V. Duggan. She states that she knows of no public health experience that Miss Duggan has had.
