We know that you are very\nbusy, but we are extremely anxious to make a very complete report to National\nHeadquarters and hope for your cooperation.\nIn this connection your attention is called to the fact that the\nWar Department will NOT hold a NATIONAL DEFENSE TEST DAY ROLL CALL THIS YEAR, but\nin lieu thereof will ACCEPT THE RESPONSE TO OUR ANNUAL ;ADDRESS QUESTIONNAIRE, Form\n1045. You are, therefore, urgently requested to send in this questionnaire at\nonce,\nThe fact that you are not available does not excuse you from sending\nin\nthis form de simply state that you are not available, and send in the question-\nnaire with the same promptness as if you were ready for service.
