I, the undersigned, an applicant for a pass-
port to enable me to go to SIBERIA under the auspices of
the American Red Cross, solemnly swear that I have no near
male relatives serving in the armed forces of the United
States or serving overseas in a civilian capacity attached
to the American Expeditionary Forces or to a relief or hos-
pital organization, except a brother who is serving in
France

I further solemnly swear that I am going to
SIBERIA as a Red Cross worker, that I will make no effort
to visit my brother under any conditions, and that it is
not my intention to marry an officer or soldier in the
American Expeditionary Forces after my arrival in SIBERIA.
