Miss lary K. Nelson,
The Highland Hospital,
1820 Highland Avenue,
Fall River, Mass.
My dear Miss Nelson:
I am indeed glad that you are going with the next group of nurses to
France.
A circular of instruction concerning equipment, receipt blanks and
index card have already been sent to you, but may I also ask that you send to
me at once two small unmounted photographs, one to be attached to your passport
and the other for filing with the State Department. This is a new rule and we
must have them at once on order to get the passports issued. They need not be
at all expensive, just any little photographs but unmounted. I should like these
within the next two or three days.
It will probably be necessary for you to report in New York about the
18th. If you desire any further information, please do not hesitate to write to
me
Yours sincerely
Chairman National Committee
Red Cross Nursing Service.
