My dear Miss Nelson:
In reply to your better of July 24th wish to state
that we will issue you a duplicate badge together with European War
service bar, the cost of same being one dollar ($1.00). We are having
your pin engraved and will send the same to you as soon as it is re-
ceived from the jewelers.
