Neumann while with the Red Cross Nursing Service, we are very mlad to the following: Miss Neumann'" confidentiel folder in otur files shows that she is t hirty years old, that she had a school is a graduate of the Training School connected with the Abington Hoscital which was a small hospital and does not nest our requirements at the present time - but as Miss was enrolled in 1918, the period of the war, during which time we lovered our standards in order to mest the necessity for nursos st that time, she enrolled without any difficulty. She is ragistered in the state of Panneylvania, according to our records The Training School creient isls were excellent. M1 sa was assigned to foreign service under the Anerican Red Cross in Janunary 1919. The following confidential information ie submitted: Waile a good worker, the was found not adapted to foreign service, owing to the fact that it weus difficult for her to accept any untustuel conditions She nas of e rather high-strung, nervotus disposition and her feilings were those o% quission rather that of comissione Te feel, lowevor, that this record should not reflect agninst Miss Noumann, as sll our records show definitely that she is a wowan of good charact er and many pleasing treits.
