Conditions under which they may be working may: call for a complete readjustment of their method of living and working and their outlook upon life. We do not look upon your assignment to over- seas duty as a sacrifice but as a glorious privilege and an opportunity to carry the spirit of nursing and the spirit of the Red Cross wherever you may g. We shall watch your work th great interest through the reports that are submi tted to us by the representative of the Nursing Service in the country where you may be serving. We are always glad to hear from you at any time and we stand ready to assist you should the need of such assistance arise. You carry with you our best wishes for your success.
