My dear Miss Wales:
It is our custom to call in the No. 2 cards of
the nurses serving on the staff in the Area Offices from the
various Committees with which they have been enrolled and hold
them at National Headquarters during the period of their service
in that capacity. This letter is to advise you that the transfer
of your No. 2 card from the Richmond, Virginia Local Committee to
National Headquarters has been completed.
