My dear iss Wales:
The Michigan State Nurses' Association has advised
us of your willingness to serve as Chairmar of our Michigan State
Committee and recoimends your appointment.
We are very glad to know that you are available
for this service and take pleasure in hereby appointing you
Chairman of the Michigan State Committee on Red Cross Nursing
Service. This appointment is made in accordance with the rules
governing our Committees as set forth in the enclosed pamphlet,
ARC 710 and we call your special attention to the paragraphs
regarding State Committees as found on pages 5 and 6.
For your information and file, we are enclosing a
complete list of the personnel of the Michigan State Committee.
