The following cable has been recieved from Athens:-

" Desire release Nuno July 31st. Wire approval."

Amerivan Womens Hospitals. "

In conference with Mr. Bicknell, we have decided to cable to the effect -
Colonél Bicknell will put in it. He is going to submit the cable to me
that it is entirely Miss Nuno's affair. I don't know just what language
is
rather tense between Dr. Elliott and the American Womens Hospitals,
before sending it. In reviewing the situation, which is evediently
Colonel Bicknell folt it would ne unwise, as well as wrong information
from our service on June 20th, we really have nothing to say about it.
