message is sent to such office by one this Company's messengers, he acts as the agent of the sender for the purpose delivering the message and any notice
instructions regarding it.to the Company agent in'its said office. Messages sent to the Company's office by private wire or telephone are sentat the sender's

errors or
failures
in

and all
