My dear Superintendent:
Miss Carolyh Lucille OTConnor is interested in a possible
assignment with-our Red Cross Unit in Hawaii. We would appreciate
it very much if you would give us on the enclosed form information
regarding Miss 0*Connor's work. She states she was employed by the
St. Ann's Pediatric Hospital as supervisor in 1928 and 1929.
A stamped addressed envelope is enclosed for your reply.
