This is to inform you that Carolyn Lucille 0°Connor is returning
from Hawaii. She is coming back at her own expense, and because there is no
question of illness in her case, we do not think that & finnl physical ex-
amination is necessary. She nus been instructed to wire Headqu: rters the
date of her arrival on the Moinland and also the address to which she will bo
proceeding. However, we are not sure that she will have recoived these in-
structions, as they are just being sent out, and as the notice of her relense

from service in Haweii has been more than a week en routé, she may have left
there b. this time, Therefore, we wished you to be aware of the situation,

and if she does report to yougnwill you please check the date of her arrival
and also her Mainlend address and advise us coordingly.
