My dear Sir:
I beg to call your attention to the fact
that the papers which have been made out for Miss Anne
L. O'Malley, who is to accompany the American Red Cross
Relief Expedition to Palestine as a nurse, are in error
in regard to the spelling of Miss O'Malley's name.
You
will notice that it is spelled on these papers Miss Annie
O'Malley instead of as it should be, Miss Anne L. d'Malley.
May I ask that the necessary corrections be
made to obviate any difficulty in the future.
