My dear Miss Beard:
Re:- BEATRICE PORTER
HAZEL MOORES
Miss Beatrice Porter and Miss Hazel Moores will leave for
the mainland by the next convoy. If they do not do convoy duty enroute,
we will pay for their ocean travel and refund the American Red Cross for
their railroad transportation to Seattle, which is their destination.
Miss Moores and Miss Porter will be advised to give you their exact ad-
dress upon reaching home.
