structions and necossary forms; howevor, we are not certain
whether you have had your immunizations. As indicated in

the copy of "General Information Rogarding Assignment of
Nurses," it is necesaary for all nurses assigned to the Unit

to have typhoid, smallpox and tetanus immunations. If you

have not secured these immunizations, please take care of the
matter immediately and have the two attached forma completed,

keeping one for your record and returning one to our office.

As yet, we do not have any information regarding
the salling date, but suggest that you do not give up your
present position. However, may we urgo you to keep in close
touch with your residence, in order that messages can be de-

livered to you promptly.
