VOLUNTEER
In regard to Miss Marie Raykowski, I feel
that you are quite fortunate in having her in your
list for duty in Honolulu.
She is an exceptionally good nurse, she is
in excellent physical condition and she has a level
head and is emotionally stable.
I regret losing her very much and except
for the fact that she is going into service such as
yours, I would endeavor to retain her in my employ.
of the nurses here in Spokane, whom I know you are
taking, I think she is probably one of the best
qualified and you will make no mistake and she will
cause you no worries.
I may add that both in my hospital observa-
tion and office practice, her special training in
obstetrics has made her increasingly valuable to me.
