My dear Miss Raykowski:
The nurse recruitment committee has sent us
a memorandum regarding your change of name to Marie
Teckle Raykowski.
As this information is not entirely clear
as to how your name was changed may e trouble you
for an explanation. If your name has been legally
changed through the court I think it would be advisable
for you to submit legal evidence of such a change so
that your Red Cross record may be accurate and up to
date. If perchance you have married please send us h
the full name of your husband.
May we anticipate an early reply?
