    "ocrText": "-3-\nI have had personal conferences with Mr. White of Blakiston's and\nhe liked ay plan for reorganisation of materials. He recomnended that the\ncontent in pages should not exceed the present adition.\nThere wes a ascious need for more up-to-date layottes to be aent\nout to itinerant instructors. Naterials have been purchased for new sets.\nMrs. Jones is now working on then and the Maternity Genter ideas are being\nused. She has offered to do this work as a volunteer activity although I\nfeel it to be quite an underbaking.\nOur materials arepretty well up to date with the exception of the\ntext and a syllabus for Girl Seout instruction.\n2. Institutes\nSome experimentation was done on institutes in each area. A copy\nof Miss Andersen's regular schedule is attached. I feel that much can be ac-\ncomplished by expanding the institute idea. Early this spring I sent out let-\nters to the Nursing Field Representatives asking them to help us in planning\nour institute programs.
