My dear Miss Ryan:
In looking over your application for enrollment
dated June 27, 1917 we cannot determine whether the infant welfare
work you ongaged in for nine months and the social service in the
Donaldson Building would constitute public health nursing.
Will you please let us know whether you were work-
ing in the field or whether you carried on your duties from a dis-
pensary or office.
