Served abroad under Red Cross,
no efficiency report received.
With Balkan Commission. - South
Serbia (Inf. 9-8-19).
Unfortunately during her first ser-
vice at Hospital in Skoplje, showed
a spirit of criticism, resentment,
and disloyalty such as led me
seriously to consider her immediate
release or dismissal. Following
reprimand there was a marked improve
ment in her attitude. With her
transfer to Monastir she made a
praiseworthy record throughout. In
spite of this however, and the fact
of her Work always having been good,
her unhappy and disloyal attitude
calls for the severest censure and
was such as should disqualify her fo1
fur ther Red Cross service.
