Schladweiler\nc/o Midwestern Branch Office\nAmerican Red Cross\n1709 Washington Avenue\nSt. Louis, Mo.\nMy dear Miss Schladweiler:\nSupplementing our letter of April 25th accepting your application\nfor admission to the Teacher Training Course at Colorado Agricultural College,\nwe wish to advise you that registration day for this course is Monday, July\n6th, and it is necessary that you should register not later than that day.\nYou will no doubt wish to make arrangements for living accommoda-\ntions in advance so that you may be pleasantly situated. Request for same\nshould be made to the Summer Sessions Office; no deposit is required.\nYou will need to take with you at least two white uniforms. The\nRed Cross, through its Instructor at the College, will supply you with the\nRed Cross nurse's cap which will complete your uniform when teaching. Be\nsure to take the Home Hygiene textbook with you, and you will also need a\nwatch with a second hand.\nOne other suggestion is that you should include a warm sweater,\ntramping shoes, woolen hose and knickers or skirt for hiking. Because\nof\nthe change of work, however, it will be advisable for you to become accli-\nmated before indulging in strenuous exercise.\nA set of mineographed material will be supplied you during the\ncourse for which you will pay a stated sum. It is on sheets of 82 x 11e\nsize and will be punched for a three ring loose-leaf notebook, so that you\nmay keep the entire set intact as reference when you leave the College.\nTrusting you will enjoy and benefit to the fullest from your sum-\nmer's work at Fort Collins, and with best wishes,\nVery sincerely yours,\nMrs. Isabelle W.
