Miss Stefanie Schlesinger, graduate of the
Presbyterian Hospital, Newark, N. J. indicates that she was
employed at the Elizabeth General Hospital as Teaching Supervisor
from December 1933 to June 1935. We would appreciate it very
much if you would give us a report of her work.
I am enclosing a form and a stamped, addressed envelope
for your reply.
