I am attaching a letter which was sent to my former address,
309 West Clinton Street, Frankfort, Indiana, and which has
been forwarded to me here.
I have noted on this letter my present address. Since 1929
I have been sending a yearly report to Miss Florence Johnson
inasmuch as I have resided in New York City since that time.
