Miss Edna L. Shane,
Michigan Limestone & Chemical Co.,
Rogers City, Michigan.
My dear Miss Shane:
We are greatly pleased to receive your
letter of recent date, expressing your interest in
bringing your records as a Red Cross nurse up to date.
Upon consulting your folder, we find that you have not
filled in an address questionnaire since April 1928 and,
therefore, you were in line for annullment of enrollment.
Enclosed is a questionnaire form which we
will be glad to have you completely fill in and return
directly to this office. Upon receipt of the question-
naire, your records will again be up to date and you will
be numbered among our Red Cross nurses in good standing.
As soon as we have the questionnaire on file, we will also
see that the Ann Arbor, Michigan Local Committee is advised
of the same so that your records with them may be up to
date also.
Hoping to hear from you promptly, I am
Very truly yours,
Clara D. Noyes,
National Director,
Nursing Service.
