you the date on which you are beokod to sail with additional instruc-
tions for your final arrangements to sail.
I would suggest that you secture a copy of
your birth certificate and hare three domen photographs
without a hat one The hoad sizo to be 1 x 1-1/4 inches.
Plonse do not give up any position that you
my be holding until you have boen definitely notified by the
Bureat of Cronsportation concerning your sailing d to.
