RE: Annie Karle Slack #15,504
En. Paris, France Committse.
The above mentioned nurse became a member
of the American Red Cross Nursing Service through our
Paris, France Committee on December 10, 1917.
We have just been informed that Miss Slack has com
pleted her service abroad, and sailed for the United
States on the S. S. Canada on September 14the
It is just possible that Miss Slack oame
through your office, and you can supply us with her
post office address. We ordinarily communicate with
the nearest relative of the nurse for this information,
but Miss Slack's nearest relative lives in England
and we felt perhaps we could secure the desired in
formation through youe
Of course, you understand that we desire
her address in order that we may place her #2 card
on file with the proper Local Committee in this country
Any information you may be able to give us will indeed
be appreciated.
