I had been in U.S.\nfor four months, away from the field six months. When I\ngot back I found the Red Cross Questionaire awaiting me.\nI am enclosing it in this letter. I am sorry if it is\nlate, but I don't think, too late.\nI should have enjoyed paying you a visit in Washington\nvery much, but I was kept fairly busy for a vacation,\nand my relatives clamored for more attention, so had to\nleave that duty undone.
