My dear Miss Smith:
I have referred the question of
your transportation, to the Bureau of Personnel at
Red Cross Headquarters.
The Director of this Bureau makres
the following statement:
"If Miss Smith returns to
Seattle at once I sae no objection
to the Ped Cross paying her trans-
portation to that city, since it ie
her home.
Will you not, therefore, take
this letter with you to the Division of Personnel in
New York City and maka your arrangements with them
for transportation with as little delay as possible?
