I, too, regret the decision of the Claims Committee
regarding the case of Miss Gertrude M. Smith, I think the full
circunstances in connection with this decision have already reached
you. It might be possible to get some assistance for Miss Smith from
the Relief Fund of the American Association If application were
made. while it would not be very such, it would nt least give ( er somo
money for incidentals.
