Certificate of Decoration
For self-sacrificing and energetic activity at the dressing stations,
hospitals and other institutions of the American Red Cross, in rendering
help to the wounded of the fighting forces and relieving the suffering
of the civil population, I herewith present, this December 31st, $919,
the following decoration:
Miss EVA L SMYTHE
Silver Medal on the Ribbon of St Anna
The Edict for the specified Medal has not been received, because
of interrupted communication with Irkutsk
Certified by signature and the affixing of the seal
