Re: Margaret Somerville
Attention: Mr. F. J. Mulhall, Supervisor of Insurance
Gentlemen:
Our records indicate that your Overseas employee, Margaret
Somerville, has been totally disabled since August 1, 1942.
We have already mailed to you three drafts totaling $800
which covered the period from August 29, 1942 to April 10, 1943, a
total of thirty-two weeks.
So that your record may be brought up to date we quote from
a report given to us by Dr. George L. Branch, 315 Main Street, Catskill,
New York: "Miss Somerville is slowly, but gradually regaining her
strength. She is still considerably below par, but her anemia is
improving, she is eating and digesting well, but her nervous organiza-
tion is far from stable. She tires easily, does not sleep too well
and gets easily upset. I believe she will require two or three more
months to regain her usual strength, and an adequate nerve balance."
It is our intention to check this case again during the
early part of May and your office will be kept advised.
The next payment in this case will be due on May 8.
Very truly yours,
(Signed) J. M. BUCKLEY
