sew WAR DEPARTMENT s Office of the Surgeon General t, Washington 18 In a to September 26, 1918. ORDER: 28379 Pursuant to authority 3rd Ind., W. D., A. G. Os, March 8, 1918, Reserve Margaret A. Stack, Arny Nurse Corps, now at Springfield, Vermont, will proceed without delay, after having talcen the oath of office, to Fort Willioms, Maine, and roport to the Commanding Officer, U. S. Army Base Hospital, for assignment to duty. The travel is necessary in the military service. By order of the Surgeon General: C. Le Brown, Major,Sanitary Corps, U.S.A. Oath of office to be executed on receipt of orders. 3
