Extract from letter from Miss Helen Scott Hay, 9-25-22 to Miss Butler.
'Miss Ella mcGovern récently with the Servian Commission, has also expressed
a desire to go there, but it is my opinion that she is older than is desirable
for such service. Although she has given excellent work in the past, she was,
I believe, a contributing factor in making it very difficult for some of her
co-workers.'
