2nd Indorsement
The Adjutant General, State of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin, April 22, 1921
To: Clara Noyes, Red Cross Hdgrs., Washington, D.C.
1.
Returned herowith inviting attention to first Indorsement.
Ella F. MoGovern claims to have been a Red Cross Nurse having entered the
service November 17, 1917 and having been discharged April 19, 1918; sailed
for overseas May 14, 1918 and returned to the U.S. October 13, 1920. Discharged
at New York, October 13, 1920.

If a record of her service can be located and the above information furnished
would request that you furnish us with a statement as to the period of time she
spent in active service and the place claimed as her residence at the time she
entered service.
