My dear Miss Noyes:
We have written several times to Miss Ada
Holden Stafford, badge No. 29467, who was one of,
the nurses returning from Siberia. She insists
that she paid for the articles and will not return
them, unless a refund is made to her. Will you
please be good enough to take it up with her direct,
as our letters do not seem to be of any avail.
We
received a letter from the local committee at Prov-
idence to whom she has appealed and as it would be
nice to have the matter cleared up, we woul appreciate
your writing her, as we feel sure she will then fully
und erstand the situation.
Miss Stafford's present address is:
c/o Industrial Trust Company,
Providence,
Rhode Island.
