Miss Ada Holden Stafford a Red Cross Nurse who sailed
for Siberia received her instructions too late to connect at San Francisco
for the boat she was told to take, hence this bill for telegrams.
As Miss stafford is in Siberia she has asked that this
check be sent to her sister, so may we ask that you draw the check to Miss
Rebecca A. stafford.
