My dear Miss Stebbins:
The
State Nurses' Association has advised
us of your willingness 28 Secretary of the messoini
State and Local Committee on Red Cross Nursing Sorvice and recom-
mends your reappointment. We are vory glod indeed to send you this
official letter of resppointment to the office mentioned, for the
coming year.
Ag you have been serving as Secretary of the Committee for
some time, it is not neceesary for us to give you further informa-
tion rogarding your responsibilities, but we are taking this oppor-
tunity to send you mimeographed "Suggestions for Local Committee
Officero" in which we bolieve you will be intorestod. Enclosed is
a completo list of the membership of the Missouri State and
Local as it is being appointed today.
As Secretary of the Committee, we sholl approeiste having
you koop us informed of any changes in the personnel that occur
during the year. For instance, if you ghould learn of a change in
the address of one of the nembers, or gomo nembor should resign for
one reason or another, we uhall bo groteful for that information so
our recorda may be kopt es up to date ag possible.
