My dear Miss Stebbins:
The Missouri State Nurses' Association has advised
us of your willingness to continue service as Chairman and
Secretary of our Missouri State Committe and recommends your
reappointment.
We are very glad to know that you are available for
this service and take pleasure in hereby appointing you
Chairman and Secretary of the Missouri State Committee on Red
Cross Nursing Service for the coming year. This appointment
is made in accordance with the rules governing our Committees
as set forth in the enclosed pamphlet, A.R.C. 710, and we call
your special attention to the paragraphs regarding State
Committees as found on pages 5 and 6.
For your information, and file, we are enclosing a
complete list of the personnel of the State Committee.
As Secretary of the State Committee we will appreciate
it if you will keep us in touch with any changes that occur on
the Committee during the year. For instance, if you should
learn of a change in the address of one of the members, or some
member should resign from the State Committee for one reason or
another, we will be gratêful for that information so our records
may be kept as up to date as possible.
