Mulhall, Department of fersonnel, 'iss Theresa Stinson returned from Siberia in February of this year, and on Farch 9, 1920 she sailed for Europe, where she is now in land but later withdrawn from th t country. We do not kmow her exact the service of the Red Cross. Miss Stinson wis first assigned to Po- Red whereabouts at the present time.
