I, the undersigned, an applicant for a passport to
enable me to go to Ruasie under the auspices of the American
Red Cross, solemnly swear that I have no nenr male relatives
serving in the armed forces of the United States or serving in
Russia in a civilian capacity attached to the American
Expeditionary Forces or to a relief or hospital organization,
except a brother who is sorving in the
