Dear Miss Noyse: Replying to your communication of the 7th inst. I have spent four years and three months in Infant Hygiene work at Babies' Dispensary and Hospital in Cleveland, Chio, all of which with the was Lake under Side the Unit supervision of this of city. Miss I H. have Leet, also who had first six month's served work under the supervision of Miss C. Ludwig and with the Department of Health, Cleveland. I am now engaged in that work. I understand that some Public Health nurses are being employed in foreign service and others are employed in the Sanitary Zones surrounding the contonments in thos country. If you find my qualifications sufficient, I shall be pleased to serve as a Public Nurse in foreign fields; but if I can not have that privelege, my next choice is to serve as a general nurse in foreign fields. In other words, I an anxious to be assigned to foreign duty. Please do not understand, however, that I am un- willing to serve in connection with contonment work here at home, if necessary. As to the exact date on which I can accept service, you can name that, yourself, by giving me two week's notice before hand. That is to say I must have about two weeks for preparation before leaving this country for foreign service. Just as soon as I hear from you as to the date set for my departure for foreign service, I will leave Cleveland for my home at Westboro, Ontario, Canada, where communications wi 11 reach me. I suggest that all 8 mmunications be addressed to me in care of H. A. Stinson, Westboro, Ontario, Canada. In the mean time, Address me at my present address. is If there is any other information desired or if there/anything I am expected tokin connection with this matter, please advise me and I shall attend to it immediately.
