My dear Miss Stones
The Graduate Nurses' Association of Virginia
has advised us of your willingness to serve as Secretary of our
Virginia State Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service and recom-
mends your appointment.
We re very glad to know that you are avail-
able for this service and take pleasure in hereby appointing
you Secretary of the Virginia State Committee on Red Cross
Nursing Service for the coming year. This appointment is made
in accordance with the rules governing our Committees on Red
Cross Nursing Service as set forth in the enclosed pamphlet,
ARC 710, and we eall your special attention to the paragraphs
regarding State Committees as found on pages 5 and 6.
For your information and file, we are
enclosing a complete list of the perso nel of the Virginia
State ommittee.
As Secretary of the State Committee, we
will appreciate it if you will keep us in touch with any changes
that the Committee during the year. For instance, if
you some should occur member: on learn should of a change resign in from the the address State of Committee one of the for one so
members,
or
reason or another, we will be grateful for that information
our records may be kept as up to date as possible.
