My dear Miss Phillips: In reply to your letter, immodiately upon the receipt of it, I called Major Julia c. Superintendent, with you over the Amy phone. She was of the opinion Stimson, that our Nurse Corps, and read our correspondence information to you had been correct, but in order that she may give you further information relative to the military status of the Amorican Ambulance Hospital, Neuilly-Sur-Seine we are sending copies of the correspondence to hor and have asked her to reply directly to you. Trusting that you will receive the information you have asked for, I am Very truly yours, Ida F. Butler, Assistant National Director, Red Cross Nursing Service IFB-ee
