I have filled out the questionnaire sent me. Hope
it
is what you wish. If there is anything not quite clear, I

will be pleased to explain anything you wish to know. It
seems to take so much explaining in order to answer questions,
as all my trouble that has prevented me from doing my work, as
I should work has been in my limbs starting in the knees.
I
had had the trouble while at the Ambulance Paris but not so
bad as it was in 1920, when it laid me up entirely. I
was
able to do for myself but had so little control over my limbs.
I can appreciate the feeling a partial parylitic feels when
they haven't the full control of their limbs. If there is
anything I omitted will be glad to correct it any time.
